Working with the latest technological innovations and cutting-edge pyrotechnics techniques perfectly combining tradition and modernity, for more than 150 years the five generations of Pirotecnia López have succeeded in maintaining quality and knowhow in the fireworks world. They create, produce, design, market and stage fireworks shows, always with a close eye on quality, safety and innovation.

Dating back to around 1870, Pirotecnia López has its origins in the Bonaval area of Santiago de Compostela. A clearly family run business, in 1992 it became a Public Limited Company, with the management being taken over by a new generation coming from the worlds of business and industry to continue its legacy. In 2016 they won the Golden Shell, the Youth Award and the People’s Jury Prize.
