Esne Beltza

Formed 17 years ago, Esne Beltza – one of the most representative bands in the Basque music scene – comes to Sagüés to bid farewell to the thousands of people who have followed them over their long career. The group fronted by Xabi Solano is taking a year to draw the curtains, performing live, aiming to leave the stage with time, in no rush, joining their fans to celebrate the release of their new album “Esne Bidea” and looking back at their greatest hits.

Engaged in their lyrics, Esne Beltza has always favoured fusion: ska, rap, Tex Mex, rumba, and rock… have always featured in their compositions, alongside the very obvious influence of Basque pop music. Their latest album reflects just that: mixed-race, diversity and the collaboration of myriad artists to culminate their long career.
