Luigi di Matteo Fireworks is a young and dynamic company from Campania, heir of an ancient family tradition. It was founded in 1853 by their ancestor Lorenzo, who was invited to light the bonfires celebrating Guiseppe Garibaldi on his arrival to Naples in 1860 during the unification of Italy. After successfully continuing its pyrotechnics activity outside of Campania, the company participated in the celebrations of the new century in Paris. Today it is managed by Luigi di Matteo and his father Gennaro.
Always on the lookout for ways to improve the art of pyrotechnics, the company has consolidated its displays of excellent technical skill and spectacular production. A regular in fireworks displays in the most important spots of southern Italy.
