H&S: Healthy and sustainable cooking

During the Great Week of Donostia, Donostia / San Sebastián Festak and the Department of Public Health of the City of Donostia launch a joint campaign that aims to promote a healthy and sustainable diet among the people of Donostia. The campaign was born following the spirit of the Urban Food Policy Pact of Milan, to which the City of Donostia / San Sebastián has been attached since 2017. This agreement calls for the development of sustainable food systems and the promotion of healthy diets. In this sense, within the festive framework of the Great Week of Donostia, five cooking competitions will be held in which raw and unprocessed raw materials will be used; and will have the slogan "H & S: healthy and sustainable cooking".
